I am so happy. Recommend!

When I first saw this bundle I was really interested in this kind of combination. I saw it like this for the first time. Anyway, I decided to purchase this book and start my journey of weight loss. An ultimate book

An ultimate instant pot cookbook to me cause there have all year round recipes in this book which is enough to test. It has many recipes and most of them are very useful for me. The only downside in this book was, there are no photos in each recipe which i prefer in the cookbook

This is an amazing book.

This is an amazing book. There are so many keto books out there that are full of weird ingredients or crappy recipes or barely any recipes at all. This is soo much better than other keto books and the recipes are fantastic!

There are a huge variety of recipes, as promised.

There are a huge variety of recipes, as promised. They range from commonly known recipes to unconventional . I am pretty adventurous in the kitchen, however, so this was right up my alley. It's important to add that all the recipes require you to have an instant pot/pressure cooker or slow cooker in order to cook the food.

Helpful

This is a perfect book for anyone with kidney disease. It explains kidney disease and its various treatments as well as having meal plans and recipes, The recipes themselves are detailed and written in a simple way so they are easy to follow. I love how in depth this book gets into kidney disease and the treatments. Really a great book for those with kidney disease!

lots of good recipes

This was a great cookbook. The book starts with great information on macros and how to use them. My nutritionist started me on macros about 6 months ago. Using macros is one factor to me losing 40 pounds. Anna provided information on macros that I was unaware of and I found very helpful.

Seasoning and sauces

I have had this book for nearly a year and always going to it for help of some sort. I often eat out which had a great guide to dining out.. Generally it is a comprehensive guide for almost anything concerning a renal diet.
