love the book.

The plans are very basic and you most likely as of now have the fixings in your pantry.Definitely prescribed for amateurs investigating the Keto diet.Keto Diet for Beginners is stunning book!We have attempted a few plans and they are great.Great book!

Excellent Advice.

I found the book very informative, and easy to follow, definitely a good introduction into the 'World of the Keto Diet'. The recipes were easy to follow, a few had Servings for 1 - 2 people which is great for my husband and I.

It is very interesting

I sent it to my Brother-in-Law, who is Type Diabetic because he's expressed interest in it since I and my husband changed our eating habits to Ketogenic. I would recommend this Cookbook to anyone, especially beginners, as it has easy to follow recipes that I found easy to replicate. Good job!

Very very impressive!

I would say the Book does have easy recipes to follow, but most of the recipes are not appealing to me. I would recommend the book for really more Keto driven people. This book wasn't for me. But might be for someone else.

Excellent Audiobook

This book is amazing at explaining the keto world! I came from a Whole Foods based diet, but still ate too many carbs and hit a plateau on my weight loss and still struggle with constant sugar highs and lows. Looks very helpful so far. More info than another beginner's book I purchased.

Felt in love with the author's podcast and very real approach to women's bodies and health that is different from all notions about keto mainly studied in men. Great audio book! This audio book was perfect for me because I had heard about the keto diet, but didn't know a lot about it. The process is explained very well and the recipes for the most part are simple and straight-forward.
