Great!

This book is amazing!! Originally thought I was ordering a cookbook but this book literally breaks down everything you need to know about a ketogenic lifestyle! Helpful tips for living the Keto life. Love this book!

This book covers the basic of what the diet is and benefits. How to get started is helpful but a lot of the information is repeated throughout the book. Very few recipes and a 7-day menu plan lists items that are not included in the recipes.

Easy to follow. Yummy recipes in this audiobook

I am now to Keto. I have tried other books but they jumped into dietitians language and I was lost on how it really worked. This book was simple to follow without insulting your intelligence. I am happy that following the diet I lost 4 lbs already. I feel healthier, more energy and my tummy troubles have not shown it’s face. I highly recommend this book and lifestyle.

Only the most basic knowledge in this audio book

I had higher expectations for this book, and it's coming up a bit short. There are a lot of scientific claims made, but no studies or sources cited. It feels more like a pep talk than a guide. There is some good information, but not much depth. It may be helpful to someone who has no clue what a ketogenic diet is and has some curiosity.

Very useful book when following the Keto eating

I have been trying to eat with the Keto diet in mind. First off, Keto is so much easier than some of these other health eating regeimens. This cookbook was purchased to help me with recipe ideas and to better understand what exactly I can/cannot eat. Very useful book when following the Keto eating.

Informative and quick audio book on keto diet

This was a quick and informative book that helped answer questions I didn’t even no I had. My dr recommended doing this for me out of an emergency medical need and research online was just confusing. I was able to skim over parts that weren’t so relevant to me and read this in about an hour with interruptions of laundry and people talking to me.

This audio book is great, very informative

This book is great, very informative! I knew the basic concept of keto because I've been doing it since January...but this gives you the history, breaks down exactly how beneficial it is for mind and body. For doing keto for 4 months now, I still learned so much! Just can't wait to try some of the recipes now

The information was solid in this audio book

But the recipes were extremely repetitive. I was hoping to find a 4 week start up menu to help guide me but this has basically 5 meals that you at in repetition. I don't imagine eating the same thing over and over will motivate anyone to stay on the diet till you get the full effects.

This book provides an awesome guide to the Ketogenic Diet and is geared towards beginners. The information is laid out logically and is easy to understand. There is even a 28 day meal plan to follow. If you are a total beginner and are interested in this diet try this book it takes you through the process step by step.

Lovely book

Nice book. A lot of tasty recipes for every occasion. All directions are pretty clear and you can easily cook all dishes at home. I have most of the ingredients always in my kitchen so I enjoyed this cookbook.

Nice book

I understood this book wasn't for me quickly when I saw the recipes(foods my family typically wouldn't eat). I requested this book in light of the fact that my great companion was going on a Keto diet and I figured I would as well.

This book is awesome! It's the perfect keto resource for beginners. I say that because it takes all the nerdy science that I love and puts it into words that all my friends understand! It breaks all the science down into quick understandable terms, helps you figure out macros, navigate meal planning, and has awesome recipes!! So thankful to have the information in this book!!

In the book it’s explained how to overall better your health by teaching you how to get good sleep, gives insight on your circadian Serena Baker , and much more. It also gives you the proper dosage for your electrolytes as well as how to stay stress free and intermittent fast. The best part about the book is that it thoroughly explains everything in great detail from everything from nutrition to how your body works.
