Nillers far, Erkan og Kopi-Kaj er ligeglade. De er nærmest lykkelige. Men hvad nu med de fantastiske torvedage, som er det bedste i verden for Niller? Er torvet det samme uden Else, og har kommunen virkelig tænkt sig at opbevare atomaffald i Helse-Elses butik?
