Den er ikke bare gal på Skovlunde Bytorv. Den er helt gal! Helse-Else har pakket sine ting og er taget af sted på kvindelejr. Altså alle sine ting, og hun siger, at hun aldrig kommer tilbage igen. Nillers far, Erkan og Kopi-Kaj er ligeglade. De er nærmest lykkelige. Men hvad nu med de fantastiske torvedage, som er det bedste i verden for Niller? Er torvet det samme uden Else, og har kommunen virkelig tænkt sig at opbevare atomaffald i Helse-Elses butik?
