An Excellent Way to ’Detox’
This is a great followup from the author's previous book, A Mother's Bodybuilding Competition Guide. I can see the growth in writing style within a short period of time. I think the choice of subject matter is exceptional as well. Some highlights from the book:
1. In the chapter about Renewal, the Scripture verses provided connected well with the discussion on overcoming negative circumstances.
2. Explaining what sources she uses personally for personal development such as places to listen to audiobooks, music subscription sites, and other ways to stay positive was really practical yet insightful.
Many people will benefit from this book if they give it a shot
