Carla pitches her old boyfriend's plan to patch the thinning Ozone to POTUS, but he isn't buying it, so she get's her new boyfriend, Jorel, head of the Planet Preservation Corporation and frontline investor to Space-X to talk Elon Musk into delivering the restorative to the atmosphere on one of his automated rockets.
