If you want to escape the tired 'when a body turns up on a beach/bin/ditch' murder mysteries, this one is for you. An array of colourful personalities make up the prison crowd whose personalities are well developed and highly convincing.
It's a rather long story for Audible but highly entertaining, and with a knock-out finale. Loved it!

First of all, when I read, the hours of listening, for this Book, I hoped it was going to be a worthwhile Story.

Since I have over 300 Books on my list, a lot of them finished, I wondered which one was going to be next.

I suffer from Insomnia, often using a Book to help me get a few hours sleep.

It’s currently 02.43hrs, I began listening at 0.1.30hrs the night before this, no sleep as I just couldn’t put this Book away !

What an introduction to an Author I had not read before !!

Gripping Tale on the off.
Loved the Story line and it’s Heroine.
Twists and Turns around every corner, and plenty of Suspects.

Kudos for choosing a marvellous Narrator.
Easy to listen to, can make or break the enjoyment.

I loved the Book and am happy, recommending ‘Jailbird’.
