Fixed my Tummy Blot Gas and Fat issues.
This book will open your eyes to the truth about health eating. JJ Virgin help you gain more then just lose the waight, but gives you a cure for alot of health problems that we thought it a part of age. You will learn to keep the weight off for life, as well as feeling good about yourself. Doctors dont have the medicen, it's the food we eat thats making you sick or make you well again. I'd buy all her books. It's impacted my life in a big way. Thank you JJ Virgin. I'd like her other books to be on "Audible"

Simply Amazing!
Even though I didn't follow the recipes or plate recommend really well with not enough time to be ready for the diet, I've lost 7 pounds in 6 days! Love how she proves everything with studies etc and her good humor. Plus, simple tips on day to day eating with easy to do steps that help a LOT! Thank you for this amazing book and movement against sugar that you started. Highly recommended book for everyone.

Diet for health and life
Not only dropping the sneaky sugars improved my weight, but also gave me more energy overall. I used to be very depressed and in a bad mood needing to eat sugar all the time, always having headaches and low energy. After making only 1 week of this diet, I feel now energized, optimistic, without headaches, and looking forward to reach to my goals in life. I'm another myself, I can't barely recognize my new "me"! Totally recommend it for anyone either trying to lose weight or feel your health improve fast.

Just like big pharma & big med do not always have patients' best interest in mind, big food/tampered food are mostly concerned with profit regardless of the ingredients they use and the repercussions they have the public's health and ultimately healthcare system .....

Relief at Last!
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
As a child of the 70's...when high fructose corn sugar became popular, I was the poster child of someone who became a sugar burner by default. I can now see that my diet was predominately filled with glucose and especially fructose. After decades of blaming my lack of willpower for weight struggles and health problems, this book has provided a clear path to success for me. I have been searching for years for the correct information and now realize the advice I have received through the years actually made matters worse. "Sugar Impact Diet" is an excellent resource for anyone who wants to stop spinning their wheels and start losing weight. Actually, the weight loss is just a bonus. The real joy lies in not craving something to eat every two hours and feeling guilty for it. The most amazing gift this book gives is the freedom to know what it feels like to be healthy and to at last, see the light at the end of an extremely long tunnel.

A diet that needs a support group? Eh!
learned a couple small things but so many rules created by one person. anybody can design their own diet to sell. a person should try to loose the stress to loose the weight. I would not recommend this book unless you really don't know anything about eating healthy. I once stopped anything with sugars for a month & that didn't cure anything, some people it takes a year to loose the cravings.

Another crappy diet idea
Let's focus in one thing and all will be better with your diet and why do authors feel the need to turn a simple idea into a crappy 7 hour book. The reading of this managed to make the book even worse!

Exceptional Book
The content of this book is amazing if you are really looking to burn some fat and feel like you have tried everything else. It's well written, it's understandable and it covers all the bases from education to actual practical solutions. As someone who has genuinely tried everything this book has been a revelation. Next time someone tells you to loose weight you just need to eat less and move more, point them in the direction of this book, fat loss in the modern world couldn't possibly be that simple, it isn't but this book is an amazing blue print for actually getting results, loved it, oh and it actually works.
Had no issues with the narrator, think the book was read well and I managed to listen to the whole thing in quite a short space of time, very engaging, great content, well read.
I have subsequently bought the paperback so I can use it as a reference, there are online resources so you don't need to but it's helped me but loved the fact I could get the content delivered to me quickly just walking to and from work.

Would you try another book written by JJ Virgin or narrated by Tara Ochs?
No, it is not written for the UK market. Too many facts and figures. Tara Ochs voice is irritating.
