Publisher's Summary

They call him the Anaconda, and I'm pretty sure it isn't because he likes snakes. Nick Jenson is my neighbor. My hot, oh-so-sexy, very-well-equipped neighbor that I'd spend hours watching from the safety of my bedroom window. I saw lots of things I probably shouldn't have. Sometimes I'd touch myself, imagining it were his hands roaming over my body instead of my own. I had just one mission - to find out if the rumors were true.

Then one day, he caught me watching him. I was mortified. I was prepared to quit college, move to another country, and live the rest of my life saying, "Nick who?" But, apparently, life had other ideas. Because Nick? Well, he isn't just my neighbor... He's also my father's best friend. If I thought things were difficult before, they were about to get a whole lot more complicated. Oh, and those rumors? Holy fuck, were they true... Contains mature themes.

What the..........?

This book is ridiculous. We have a 22 year old who is one minute shy, tongue tied, clumsy and inexperienced and the next confident enough to strip in front of her fathers friend.
On the other hand the hero is a single dad lusting after his young and apparently pretty innocent 22 year old neighbour (even though he tries to say there’s not that big of an age difference - 15 years is a lot when he has 2 kids and she is young and innocent for her age).
The story is really built around the oversized appendage that Nick apparently has - if he knows it is so, so big that it is ripping mature women apart- why is he contemplating an inexperienced young girl - does he want to hurt her......
Just weird and wrong on a number of levels.

Needed to be a little longer

Character development could have been a little better, felt sort of rushed. Cute story though. Wish the lead female didn’t sound like she had a mouth full of braces though.
