Bit cringe
There were some parts where the writing was a bit cringe. The ending made me roll my eyes.

Loved it all except Xaden's Voice actor.
Please replace him. it does not suit the character at all.
Well done to Violet' voice actor, though.
Another great book from Rebecca Yarros.

Couldn’t stop. Obsessed.
It’s rare for a book to make me cry and laugh and spend the time reading and listening to a book simultaneously. I’m 100% on this bandwagon. Rebecca Soler is amazing and Teddy as always does a fabulous job.
Epic story… I had many predictions that did not come to fruition and a few twists that left my jaw on the ground.
Amazing. Congratulations RY on another fabulous book. We are waiting with baited breath for book 3.

I don't love the spicy scenes, but the overall story is interesting enough, isn't my typical read but the performance is great.

Page turner.
Congratulations RY. I definitely preferred the world building in this book. A few very predictable outcomes, some surprises. However, I thoroughly enjoy this series, it’s an easy read/listen and such an enjoy escape. Relationships and emotions are real. The slow burn is fantastic.
Narrator gets clogged at times.
I am looking forward to book 3.

Thank you to the 2 Rebeccas
Loved every minute of this ride. My instincts were so heightened through every chapter and the narration was perfect. Hearing Teddy always soothes my soul. But now the wait commences and I’m sad to leave this world until our beautiful author Rebecca Yarros is ready for us to return.

I think I shat out my heart
The narrator for this does a great job of strumming the strings of my deeply seated anxiety and making me review the signs of a heart attack. She manages to pull everything out of you and leaves you thanking her for the experience
