Publisher's Summary

A terrible massacre was uncovered...did the same fate befall Sumer?

Captain Brian Royce brings Hadad to his home planet, which shows obvious signs of battle. Did any of his family survive? Where are all the children; did the Zodarks take them?

Admiral Miles Hunt finds himself appointed to a new position beyond his current skill set. He now has to become more than just a ship captain and fleet commander: he must become the Viceroy of the Milky Way Galaxy.

On Alpha Centauri, an archaeology team makes a discovery that sends shockwaves through the Republic - a discovery so profound it could cause a division and a potential split within the alliance.

The newly deployed Second Republic Army Group on the planet Intus finds itself the vanguard of the alliance’s efforts to liberate the remaining Primord planets. As the Zodark forces are continually pushed back, the alliance edges closer to bringing the war to the enemies’ core worlds.

Can Miles Hunt become the leader humanity needs him to become? And will the Second Republic Army Group survive a gruesome battle on a frozen planet?

The most epic sci-fi audiobook I've heard yet!

It seems that a Season 2 of this series is taking form. And what a start it was! Writing veteran James Rosone and newcomer TC Manning have proven to be an epic teamup with this one! Brought to life by Jonathan Davis' cool voice!

There is a lot to enjoy in this one. There are the epic space battles, intriguing world building and technological developments as ever. But the best scenes have to be TC Manning's Apollo Company ones. He came out swinging here, taking advantage of the multinational melting pot a one-Earth military could be! The mech battles are amazing (As an Aussie myself, I love Tahlia Jones!), and the combat medics get plenty of action as well on this unique battlefield. All this adds new features to the series and propels it forward into new opportunities!

The same can also be said with the Kato Sakura and Space Pirate stories as well. Truly something else! This book dares to be different.

Also, I must say, this book has the best "That's what she said" joke I've ever heard in any book ever! Perfecto!

Having read and listened to the previous books, it feels good to be listening to another book again. Especially after everything that's happened this year for me. I'd totally recommend this one!

Stay tuned for more!
