This was a quick audio book recording that focused on intermittent fasting without wasting time on lengthy history or off-subject rambling. The bodies of women over 50 react to food differently. Magnificent

A lot of interesting tips about weight loss, burn fat, heal your body and more useful information. I can’t help to feel admiration for Michelle Hellen.
