Expect the unexpected from this listen!

I'm indeed surprised that intermittent fasting doesn't contain any strict way to lose weight that every women are worrying about. Highly recommended!

Back on the wagon!

I’ve done intermittent fasting before and saw great results. However, life happens and I fell off the wagon and gained 25 pounds of FAT! I like this book.

This book has offered me a step by step guide, to be able to achieve a successful process with this intermittent fasting, a fasting that has changed my life little by little, now my metabolism is much better, I have managed to slow down my aging and that has produced in me security, confidence, self-esteem and above all tranquility with myself, because I feel healthy. Very Helpful Book

I must admit that when I bought this book I didn't have high expectations. I am now 52 years old and I have tried many diets that did nothing but generate stress and sadness. You have no idea how excited I am, the fast turned out to be less complicated than I thought, and I feel like some of the youth has come back to me.

Very Interesting Book .

This is a great book for someone new to intermittent fasting.The book was easy listening, informative and provided many options.I truly enjoyed listening this book! Highly Recommend .

I've been looking for a good read for my mom, who recently inquired about intermittent fasting. I was able to give her some recommendations off the top of my head, but none specifically for women over 50, which led me here. This book is exactly as described, and even better. It covers everything you would be looking for: scientific background, how to start, foods to avoid, benefits, drawbacks, etc. One of the things that stood out to me most are the strength exercises. Most books on intermittent fasting do not cover exercise at all, which is particularly important for this population. You can tell the author is a nutrition professional with vast experience. I have already recommended this to my mom and her friends!
