Awesome guide for women..

Thanks to the publications in Good Housekeeping, Women's Health, and the BBC, this diet trend has created an increased interest in this "latest" trend. When beginning the exploration process, it can seem daunting or overwhelming to ponder these questions. Often, people do not know where to start for sustained benefits. This basic definition begins to reveal, and also confuse, exactly what fasting looks like for modern people. Highly recommend!!

This is the first audiobook of any type that I’ve to listen to all the way through in a long time. I’ve stopped listening to audiobooks because I’ve been accustomed to short Facebook posts and have forgotten how to read a full audiobook. This audiobook was so easy to listen to and a pleasure to listen to. I’ve been intermittent fasting as I’ve listened and am now down 30 pounds. I appreciate that this audiobook is not full of science stuff. Highly recommend!!

I think it is a helpful audiobook.

It is actually working for women

Nice Its working for me and I have tried everything. I sit at a desk all day and also have an autoimmune thyroid condition so I am shocked it is actually working for me. It's a great sane way to manage my food issues as well.

Good information and easy to follow
