Disturbing to me this book

Sure! ..starting in chapter 18 out of 19, to fast, lower insulin and cortisol levels and essentially try a combination of the diets others recommend--the same diets he spent the previous 17 chapters discrediting.

It seems that money is the soil

80-95% of this book is simply discrediting everything you currently do (exercise, try to eat right), and other diet programs many recommend to do, it's horribly discouraging and condescending.

No one buys this bad book

I've read over 12 books in the past year alone, and this one is simply the worst I've come across by far. I haven't written a negative review on a book until this one.

Really helpful audiobook

I really enjoyed and benefited from this audiobook. lots of practical advice to help you with your intermittent fasting/diet journey. I am pretty confident I can now get to any weight I want. I think the audiobook is important in that it helps you break long-held thoughts and misconceptions about eating and going without food.

I really enjoyed it

This is an excellent intermittent fasting audiobook for women. It has some tips and tricks, which improve health. It is the best way to use intermittent fasting for muscle gain. I really enjoyed it. I feel more comfortable with this knowledge. Really a great listen! I like the way this audiobook looked. perfect sense and probably the.

Most important audiobooks for me

Great listen for those starting the Intermittent Fasting for Women. I will certainly look for more audiobooks by the narrator. I would highly recommend this audible to anyone. Absolutely one of the most important audiobooks for me.

The money is wasted in the book

I'm trying to like this book. It has interesting angles on diets, and cool verbiage, but I've yet to hear any of it being wrapped up into WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT and I'm in chapter 21, which is 3/4 of the way through the book. Really?

The author's head is bad at this book

I am all for weight loss, and wish you the best in your journey. If you're interested purely in the history of different diets that have failed over time with loads of research and statistics behind them, this book would be great for you.
