Bad Narrator

Good info. But the narrator is horrible. She speaks broken let she cannot read. Highly recommend book just be prepared to struggle listening to narrator.

This is an excellent intermittent fasting book for women. It has some tips and tricks, which improve health. It is the best way to use intermittent fasting for muscle gain. Really enjoyed it.
