Easy to understand for me.

I thought the book was very self explanatory. Easy to understand for me except the figuring of percents of fat, protein and carbs. Nice book for returning to for refreshing your memory.

I think having explicit eating example isn't that simple, you truly should be guided well to accomplish your definitive objective which is to shed pounds and consume undesirable fats. Best book for apprentices.

This is an interesting weight loss book.

There are many diet books out there, but I found this one full of useful information. Most diets say to fill up on any fruits and vegetables, but this book actually went over the fact that there are some vegetables that are not congruent with weight loss and that they should be avoided. It was a helpful book.
