Incredible Bundle

I really enjoyed reading this and learned quite a few new things. I already knew that fasting was effective for weight loss but was surprised to learn how many other health benefits it has. For instance, how fasting could help to improve our leptin and insulin or even be used to help treat cancer and diabetes. Great book, do yourself a favor and read this. Impressive

This was one of the better books that I've read based on this subject. The writer breaks it down in a way that you will be able to understand and follow. This was short an to the point and there is a big emphasis on doing the one that's right for you and not getting discouraged when you think it is not working. Great

Intermittent fasting good guide book. Intermittent fasting is deeply rooted in science and has been proven to be an effective practice for generations of men and women for better health and vitality.
