Love it. Really a good book!

Lovely! Nice to have it! Originally I borrowed this book from our library. There are so many fantastic recipes in this book that I had to buy my own copy. I love the way that there are helpful comments throughout the book. This collection has helped me use my slow cooker to its potential instead of just for stews. Great book!

Good book.

The health and fasting information in this book is very good and very complete.This is an extraordinary book on the subject of weight reduction. Everything, tips and aides that I have to think about how to get fitter adequately and quick are as of now included and elegantly composed inside.

Nice Book

Intermittent Fasting is a perfect book for me. I tried this book recipes its give me a better result. I am learning lots of new things and I'm grateful for the fact that this cookbook offers flexible recipes, suitable for all kinds of dietary restrictions. Just because I’ve always wanted to make something special out of my cooking and this is the chance not only to improve my cooking abilities but also to become healthier, is a very resourceful book for an easy diet plan. ah lovely

Is it easy? It's not easy but it IS doable. I fast 16 hours in a 24 hour period. I've cut out sugar, simple carbs, pop, artificial sweeteners.

happy buy

I started intermittent fasting 8 days ago. My glucose readings have steadily declined and today I was at 125. I've also lost 5 pounds. I find that this is something I can do long term and especially when I see such dramatic results
