Avoid in intermittent fasting are very helpful.

Great audible book on fasting!

Wonderfully written book. Excellent overview of intermittent fasting. I already knew that fasting was effective for weight loss but was surprised to learn how many other health benefits it has. The book makes sense & is an easy listen.
