Great resource with tons of practical tips

There are so many great tips in this book! It’s well written with interesting citations, and the brain science support makes the models and advice understandable, relatable, and practical. I listen on my way to work and always learn something new to help start my workday with an empowered mindset to more effectively work with my team. I really like how accountability is discussed both from the proactive side (employee engagement) and the responsive side (having difficult accountability conversations). It's essentially two books in one! I highly recommend this book to anyone looking to get better results from their team, specifically if looking for more positive and effective ways to “inspire” accountability and employee engagement.
