Best book about sales

I have been interested in the sales process for a long time. I have read many books and attended courses on sales techniques. This book takes all these separate processes and then builds upon and adds to them to create a high value book.
This audio book is easy to listen to. Each concept is clearly presented and builds logically to create a coherent whole.
Derek Bortwick places the highest value on integrity of the sales person to meet the needs of everyone involved.
He discusses the psychology involved in the sales process and specific techniques with examples.
I do believe that I am a better sales person as a result of this book.
