Cool cookbook!

This book describes the Mediterranean food habits in comprehensive details. It started with the description of Mediterranean diet and then covered the history, benefits, and research about a Mediterranean diet which is very healthy. They all seemed very interesting also. It was extremely helpful for me personally to maintain my healthy diet and lifestyle, so I would definitely urge you to read it if you're a health conscious person.

Must have!

Love this cookbook. I’ve used quite a few recipes out of it. All had good flavor and good directions. Recipe ingredients are basic and normal pantry items so you don’t have to hunt for weird ingredients. This book never gets put away.

So helpfull!

The recipes are so simple that I am comfortable hplanning them for a weeknight dinner. Not to mention, the book is very aesthetically pleasing.This cookbook makes it easy. Most of the ingredients I can find at my local supermarket and anything special, I get it on Amazon. Love this book.
