Beautiful Story
A beautifully written story, spectacularly written and narrated.
I thoroughly recommend this author and narrator. Will be looking for more.

Definitely a keeper
In the first chapters it seemed a bit superficial, but it's so much more. It superbly articulated PTSD, &: the depth of the characters, & base survival instinct. The stages of grief, & forgiveness, & the way different people react to extreme circumstances. This is a really astute novel, that stays with you. Definitely a keeper.

Excellent Read and amazing Narrator
Although the narrator for this story is perfect the story is so Beautifully written that I believe the characters would come to life if only read and not listened to.
I would dare almost any reader to not feel as if they were there watching, so much so that it is hard to believe this isn't a true accounting of events as they unfolded. Hard to put down and I can't wait until the next book!

Addictive Read
Beautiful story written from an intriguing perspective. I was gripped from the start, fascinated by Redfearn's take on the afterlife. Believable and heart warming. I enjoyed every minute of this book.
