Good one

My friend was diagnosed with having an autoimmune disease. I thought this audiobook might give him some hope. He listened to it for 30 minutes and fell in love with it. Two weeks later, he saw his body change for the better after consistently sticking to the meal plans. Good for him!

You must listen to this! After my autoimmune disorder diagnosis, my doctor prescribed me a bunch of different medications which worsened my symptoms. Brilliant audiobook

Great audiobook. Well researched information explained in layman’s terms. I’ve been hoping to reverse my broken immune system ever since I started taking three nasty statin drugs. After a decade of suffering, I have more hope than I ever had before, thanks to this audiobook. I highly recommend you listen to this material if you have an autoimmune disease.

Superb audiobook

Easy to follow along from beginning to end. I’ve stayed away from sugar and gluten for three weeks and wow, I feel 100% better. The author never mentioned the disease I suffer from, myasthenia gravis, but his advice still helped me out, nonetheless. Thanks!
