World War ll still raged in his part of Europe when the boy finally awakened nearly 7 years after almost dying at birth. He awoke healthy and vibrant, but he wouldn't know anyone or anything of his past. His only need was to leave the confines of his room and begin exploring his surroundings. With the help of an unknown he was able to leave his room.
