Love the time management tips but the best bit is the different perspective on time management and the reminder to make time for fun. Favourite quote - You don't make a life by saving time, you make a life and then the time saves itself.

A different perspective

I enjoyed listening to Laura's narration and got quite a lot out of it. I was hoping to hear more practical examples but came away inspired to make the most of my time knowing I can achieve more than I previously thought.

A motivating read

I downloaded this book expecting tips and tricks on how to time save. Instead, I came away with a different mindset of how I spend my time and the expanse of time that is available to me currently. It also helped overcome mum guilt which comes from working a 45-50 hour week and the understanding that, on a whole, I do spend significant time with my kids over the week. It also motivated me to wholly focus on what I’m doing at the time (especially when I’m with my kids) I really enjoyed this book- Thankyou.

Not what I expected, but I really enjoyed it

Any additional comments?

This made me think about how I spend my time and how I might consider my time going forward. I got a lot out of this book.

Now I know how to do it too.

Found it difficult to relate given the author is talking about having a nanny and a lot of women in the Mosaic Project that she speaks about have a lot of help with their kids. I don’t have that. All I really got from it was that if you sit down and calculate how much time you spend with your kids it’s actually quite a lot. I guess that’s meant to make us feel less guilty for having to work. The mindset shift may be inspiring and world changing for some but unfortunately not for me.
