Having studied some of Anthony Jacquins phenomenal work, I knew that anything his father, and hypnosis legend, had written would be a no brainer. I got the Kindle version AND the Audio version.

Freddys vast experience... his very calm and comfortable style of teaching, as well as some of his original techniques that are genius, will give ANY hypnotist (Experienced or otherwise) an incredible base of solid knowledge in which to start your own journey from.

Not only is this audio book full of useful tools to use in your Practice it is also a great resource for your own mental and emotional responses. The beauty of this being an audio book is that you can experience the hypnotherapy treatments yourself and keep them as a future resource. I have used many of Freddy's techniques since purchasing this book on my clients as well as myself with amazing results. The tools are quick and effective and easily adaptable to fit any clients individual needs.
I loved this so much I have now purchased his son's book 'Reality is plastic' by Anthony Jacquin.
I recommend this book to all hypnotherapists out there, enjoy.

I am not much of a book reader and have been looking for audio books that teach techniques for years. I don’t know how I came across this audio book but I’m so glad I did! Very useful advice that I’m already using in my practise. I highly recommend it for any budding hypnotherapists!

There’s something for everyone in this practical, easy to absorb and interesting guide to hypnotherapy.

I’ve been practicing for close to 15 years and I found this extremely useful and stimulating. I will implement Freddy’s techniques into my own sessions.

Whilst I found some of the examples a little too authoritarian and perhaps not as much strategic I would still highly recommend this book. Freddy has provided so many great examples, metaphors and approaches that evidently work, the language can easily be adjusted to make it more permissive. The bonus sessions are particularly useful and just really add to the experience, particular for anyone new to the topic. I have actually ordered the physical books as well, Loved the audiobook, it definitely exceeded expectations.

Pure brilliance, Freddy distills his years of experience into an extremely easy to read or listen to book. His techniques are simple yet highly effective. A must have for every hypnotist's bookcase. The audio version also allows you to become the subject and use these methods to improve your own life.
