Good way for losing weight

But was I ever wrong! This book made relaxation a real thing. I would unwind before bedtime and get actual sleep! no more brain working overtime. Simple guidelines helped the novice 'me' master techniques right away. I highly recommend.

This is a audiobook to meditate on losing weight. If you know about the law of attraction this can be a real powerful technique. Having listened to a number of meditation things similar to this, I feel in comparison this is a very well done recording. I plan to continue to listen to this as I start another weight loss journey.

Amazing for losing weight

Works well, extremely relaxing.

From day one I noticed a change in my sleep pattern. I think it's working on my eating habits, I've been using it about a week and I've noticed some changes the most extreme change has been in sleep, very relaxing, very soothing, lulls me into a deep sleep.

I got many conductive ideas from this audible.

Step by step information is really very helpful. I liked author's approach .Everything in this book definitely makes sense. I found this book very helpful.
