Although its read nicely..the first chapter is the title/author intro the 2nd chapter is hypnosis to get you ro sleep the 3rd chapter has a little bit of golf talk then stops for music half way and thats it.. synthesizer music all the rest of the chapters ...getting a refund on this ...disappointed
