Just love Hugh...
have listened to all Hughs books and they have changed my life. such simple words and gently melodic story telling, can have such deep impact. for anybody wanting to make a choice to listen or not.....jump in with both feet. you will NOT be dissappointed.

Could not have loved this more.
Hugh’s warm delivery, self-depreciating humour and relatable stories make this an easy and accessible roadmap to taking steps for a life filled with more gratitude, empathy and mindfulness.

Great practical mental health stuff
Engaging, funny and hugely applicable. The fact that Hugh has codified these concepts into a three letter acronym is an example of just how accessible these techniques are. Yes, we’ve heard these ideas before but putting them in such simple and practical terms is really helpful. I’ll listen again for sure.
