Great book, average narration.

Love the book, have read it before.
I do realize the irony of criticizing the narration of this audio book but not loving the narration; very monotone.

Poor narration

Most of the time pronounces end Ds as Ts. The flow is off. The narrator needs annunciation training.

“Axed”

How did reading the pronunciation of “ask” and “asked” not get fixed prior to publication? I can’t think of any reason other than I got a bad copy of the book. Other than that, I can’t think of a good reason.

A missing chapter

Chapter 9 in Part 4 is missing.
The narrator and the quality of the recording are poor, I'm sorry to say.

Horrible Narrator

I just cannot understand how a professional narrator can sound so monotone and boring in her tone of voice. Plus punctuation doesn’t seem to exist for her either.
The content is great but the narrator is a deal breaker!!

How to fall asleep and bore people

Had such high expectations for this book but I’m 1.5 hours in and SO bored by it.

Maybe it’s the fact it’s on audiobook, maybe it’s the narrator, maybe the content has no relevance in this crazy Covid world.

To summarise what I’ve learned so far: Don’t be a d!ck and you’ll probably have a bit more success in life.

There you go, I’ve influenced you to save an Audible credit. Now can we be friends?

Audible, you’ve lost a friend here. And you’ve influenced me to give up on this yawnfest.
