Publisher's Summary

Do you want to find out how to use neuroplasticity to remove your bad habits and achieve all your goals?

Everyone tries to get rid of the negativity affecting our life in every possible way: reading books on the subject, taking part in training courses, or anything else that works. Everyone is looking for the system to be always productive and achieve every goal.

If there is still something missing to live the life of your dreams, it is not your fault. Unfortunately, this is what you have been taught, and it does not make you able to change. It happens because you did not use neuroplasticity.

That’s why you need to understand what neuroplasticity really is, and above all, how to use it to reach anything you want and to forget everything that blocks and hinders you.

You should know that more than 90 percent of the people fail in everything they do! People are not able to follow a diet, they are not able to get a perfect body through workouts, to win over a woman or a man, to achieve goals at work.

So, this book is aimed to transfer you one of the simplest and most powerful tools to assemble and disassemble your life as a set of Lego and give you the chance to:

  • Understand exactly what neuroplasticity is.
  • Use neuroplasticity to eliminate every negative aspect of your life.
  • Discover the exercises allowing you to master your brain, your body, and your life.
  • Use neuroplasticity to succeed in everything you do.
  • Know the exact plan to reprogram your brain.

“A simple and practical guide capable of guiding us towards the life of our dreams, through the true knowledge of our brain and its ability to adapt to any situation.”

Unlike the other purely theoretical books, here you find specific exercises and a detailed plan to exploit the full potential inside you. Get this book now to find out how to remove obstacles and achieve your goals using neuroplasticity.

Love this book.

Who would have thought a scientific book would hold my interest like this one did? I have anxiety, and it totally helped me to understand what is happening in my brain. The tools of help throughout were great. I underlined a ton in this book and have recommended it to others

This is a great listen comprehending anxiety.

This is a great listen for comprehending anxiety in general. In the first chapter it would have been a bit daunting for a non professional counselor or non medical person. This is a great read for comprehending anxiety in general, situations specifically and techniques for resolving issues that may be hindering your full participation and enjoyment of your life

Helpful Strategies.

If you are looking for a book that is just going to provide strategies for how to overcome anxiety, this is probably not the book for you. However, if you are interested in both the neuroscience behind stress and anxiety and learning techniques to cope with those responses, then this is an excellent volume to listen.

There Is Hope of Taming Our Anxities.

There Is Hope of Taming Our Anxities."Rewire Your Anxious Brain..." provides a very informative explanation of human anxiety and practical ways to treat it. Except for the passing reference to the use of drugs, all of the suggested solutions make manifest sense. The authors cite three ways to combat amygdala-panic-attacks: (1) deep breathing, (2) muscle relaxation and (3) exercise.

Soundly based on biology, easy to understand.

Soundly based on biology, easy to understand, and full of helpful advice.Though somewhat repetitive, this book is easy to read and clearly explains the basic neurobiology of fear, worry, anxiety, panic, and related conditions such as PTSD and OCD.

Understanding.

Understanding I realize that his writings aren't actual publications in the clinical-world sense, but it certainly gets you thinking about how the brain works and can change someone in this life. I've been able to have greater compassion on people who struggle, and be more understanding of those around me.

Let down by a horrible narrator

This is completely over-articulated given a non-fictional text. Really difficult to follow the content and utterly exhausting if every half-sentence is hyper-emphasized.

Great book.

Fantastic book. Gained great insight. Exercises were helpful. Especially liked the chapter about the undertow because everyone fails at one point in their way to change. It's how you recover that makes all the difference. Highly recommended.

Great Help.

A much needed addition to the literature to understand in a less complicated way how and why anxiety develops in the brain and how to overcome it.

Not all anxiety is the same.

Not all anxiety is the same.I think this was helpful in separating physical anxiety from anxiety brought on by the mind. Even though they are inter connected I found it helpful and comforting to distinguish the two and find helpful techniques to use for either.

Highly recommend.

Highly recommend. As a therapist, I use this book almost every work day to help outline neuro-biological patterns of anxiety. It’s helped me as well, but definitely makes understanding the brain more user friendly for all the people I work with. Highly recommend for anyone who has struggled with anxiety or trauma. Easy listen, too!

Great information but could be better written.

My daughter has a great deal of trouble with anxiety, and I found this book to be extremely helpful. It gave us a new language for talking about her anxiety (e.g. "That's just your amygdala talking") and explained why techniques that her counselor encourages her to use (e.g. deep breathing) really work.
