THIS BOOK EXTREMELY HELPFUL!

This book is wonderful! All my life I went thru a lot of negativity and this book really showed me what it takes to overcome all worries as well as anxiety. I would definitely suggest to anyone to read this and take that step to enjoy life for what it is!

Big Disappointment

I listened till the end, hoping for at least one helpful message or advise, but was sadly disappointed. The narration is so monotone, I sometimes did not realise a sentence ended and another one started. There are so many mire helpful, engaging and uplifting titles out there. Don't waste your time and money on this one.

Great listen

Great listen .I also use the audible version at night while sleeping to help me work up in a positive state!I got many helpful ideas from this audible.One of the best audible I found.
