Not Great So Far

The first chapter seemed okay, but the second one read like random ramblings. About a paragraph or so is repeated, which made me at first wonder if the narrator accidentally went back. Even the narrator sounded a bit confused by the chapter. The book did, however, make a good point about how precious time is, and I won't be wasting anymore of it on this book when I have plenty else to listen to.

ohh big yawn

wow. repetitive. literally saying the same sentence three or more times in the course of a couple of minutes. technical when it didnt need to be and just boring at others. it's not that you won't learn anything useful so much as you have to power through redundancy and tedious unneeded information. sounds clear at 1.25 times playback speed. ;) GLHF

Anyone who has ever experienced anxiety should totally read this. Is a common sense practical guide to step it up and take control of anxiety. Very easy read with many interesting references from the early 1900’s. Recommended!

Very nice product

First listen it in 1971. Best of its kind and Is one of the reasons I survived terminal illness nearly 40 years ago. A absolute must for life’s journey.

I love this audiobook...

This is very useful audiobook. A lot of audiobooks about stress don't go into explaining what stress really is. The insights into the nature of stress and how it causes problems that some people think are the sources of stress.
