It’s exhausting to live with your mind racing around from one dreadful possibility to the next, even when you know logically that a lot of these thoughts are unrealistic or at least unlikely. Logic quite often has nothing to do with it. It’s thinking that has got you into this mess, and more unhelpful thinking is simply not the answer. Unfortunately, it can be hard to stop once you get yourself into the spiral of overthinking. Your thoughts can get ahead of you, blocking you from your own mind and distracting you from what really matters.

Comes with excellent money tracker
I had been trying to find a great money tracker to use in excel and I happened to purchase this book without realising it came with one. The tracker is fantastic and meets my needs perfectly. The book is easy to listen to also. The book is American based and I’m in Australia but it’s still useful to listen to.
