Sutton Spencer's ideas for her life were fairly simple: finish graduate school and fall in love. It would be a lot simpler if she could pinpoint exactly what she should do when she graduates in less than a year. Oh, and if she could figure out how to talk to a woman without feeling like a total mess, that would be great, too. Charlotte Thompson is very much the opposite.

Definitely Worth The 5 Stars
This is my first Lee Winter novel and the first audio book I have listened to read by Angela Dawe and it will not be my last. Love this book and certainly would like to know what all the characters get up to in a second book. The story was interesting and had a few twists. The love story was sweet, nothing too erotic, but having said that it was enough.

Absolutely Brilliant
Not only has Lee Winter delivered yet another captivating and wonderful masterpiece, but Angela Dawe has completely outdone herself, once again.
These characters are rich with life and complexity. The way they play off each other is yet another masterclass on story telling by this very talented author. The dialogue is some of the best I've read.
Then the baton was passed to the only narrator with the ability to enhance the story further. The way Angela Dawe can deliver a vast variety of voices is astonishing enough. But how she encapsulates the personalities and conveys them through voice is ... well ... legendary.

Great as always
Lee winter and Angela Dawe is perfection. Lee winter absolutely destroyed the rest of the lesfic books in existence for me. She reset my expectations and I can’t find fulfillment in other authors anymore. I’m not being hyperbolic, it’s the truth. She’s that good. While this book wasn’t as fantastic as The Brutal Truth or Requiem for Immortals, I blew through it in a day. There’s a great premise, character development and story. It lacked the heat of the two aforementioned books, but it was plenty entertaining. I hope Lee Winter sticks with Dawe in the future, I didn’t enjoy the red files series and Changing the Script as much as I would have had Dawe Narrated. The woman who narrates Requiem was the exception, that book is perfection.
Purchase this book without regard, it’s fantastic.

"Absolute grandeur and luxury!"
That's what you get when Lee Winter's ass-kicking, stunning characters and sharp-witted writing and Angela Dawe's sublime narration join forces.
'Hotel Queens' was an excellent book. It was smart, sensual, socially relevant, and very entertaining and engaging, but Angela Dawe made it even more. Chef's kiss!

Superb
I read this on kindle and found it to be one of the best dialogue driven books I've read in the genre.
The story unfolds primarily on the words of the characters. For this reason, the audio version comes alive with the voice of this exceptional narrator. Angela Dawe brings the book to life with an impressive range of voices. A truly incredible experience.

Sublime
It is true that Angela Dawe enhances a book with her wonderful narration, she is indeed legendary, a goddess! It must also be said that the writing must also captivate and boy does (the artist known as) Lee Winter draw you in and hold your attention. Clever, witty, sharp and steamy in all the right places. I’d read the book prior so already knew it was brilliant, Dawe just makes it sublime. Thanks to both, may you work together for a very long time.

The Legendary Angela Dawe strikes again!
I initially read Hotel Queens when it was released as an ebook and was thoroughly captivated by the characters and storyline. Listening to it made the story come alive. Kai and Amelia are wonderfully narrated by Angela. The voices for the supporting characters are great too. The story by Lee Winter is , much like her other novels, fantastic. Strong female characters, interesting dialogue, some twists and turns in the plot and romance make this a wonderful listen. I highly recommend this, you won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic
This is the first book by the author I have read/listened to and I couldn't have picked a better book to start with.
I loved the storyline, the characters were excellent. I loved both Amelia and Kai but I must admit, Amelia was my favourite. She was a great character and so HOT. I also loved the secondary characters especially Quinn and Millie. The book was well written/narrated and the pace was just right.
Angela Dawe is one of my favourite narrators and she has done an amazing job. In fact, out of all the books she has narrated and I have listened to this one is the best.
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this book.

a mess. had to drop at chapter 21
no one in this book has chemistry. Amelia and Kai clearly hate each other yet they have this forced attraction between them because plot, I guess.
They get no development towards each other the further I got. In fact, their hatred and distrust towards one another just seemed to grow more and yet you expect me to believe they're supposed to be a couple by the end, how?
What is the point of forcing a romantic sub-plot with their assistants, Millie and Quinn. They felt even more forced. They somehow were already inseparable after an hour of meeting each other and it's irritating how nonsensical that is. These two are impossible to like and they serve little purpose
So much filler and repetitive scenes. How many times do we need Amelia and Kai ranting to and about each other on how they're both assholes and liars. Why does every single event such as the scam dealer need to be explained toevery character. Why are events dragged out for as long as possible? There is so much time wasted on this book and it's infuriating to read
