Easy to prepare!

A traditional and ordered synthesis audiobook is certain to be a completely basic eating regimen. You can also use film to target fast and solid plans, and it's incredibly easy to prepare!

Mom and kids can do together

There's a lot of choices here, and the pictures are stunning. This is a nice audiobook that moms and kids can do together. Dr. Amy Baker is known for going all out. I own a couple of her novels, and they are all fantastic.

Fascinating!

The book nicely explains how what we eat affects our health, mood and why. The explanations are clear, detailed, and also backed up with science. It’s very fascinating how much a plant-based diet can do to our health, and I’m excited to give this a solid try. I enjoyed listening and reading this book (because I also bought the paperback) and with the 7 day plan that has delicious recipes that it includes was a nice bonus inside this book. I definitely recommend it to those who would be willing to give a plant based diet a try!

Broadly researched book!

The book was created by the Pureture team. This is a comprehensive review of hormones, reasons, and treatment. It does not criticize traditional therapies and medications. However, these address symptoms rather than a root cause. Using plants based therapy may solve the reasons; however, not in all cases. Pureture Wellness is passionate about the topic of planted-based nutrition and has laid out well-researched information that has been implemented and proven to be helpful for health. They focus on whole foods and I love it.

Discover aspects on how to change your lifestyle o

Chapter 1 sets the stage. The key to a balanced body is a balanced diet. This book has pointed out shortcomings in my own eating habits and how to correct this non-supportive behaviour. As Chapter 4 points out, it comes from treating the source, not the symptoms, which I’ll admit I’ve fallen victim to. The book offers some really good, sound advice for turning one’s health around. I know I’ve picked up several insights that I’m implementing right now to turn around some of my worst habits.

Very Insightful

I really enjoyed listening to this audiobook. It describes how the diet influences hormone levels and identifies best practices and principles every day. Packed with valuable knowledge to learn how we really strengthen our balance, and our lifestyle's effect on our bodies. I am informed and in a position to implement the advice. The recipes are also very good and add to my complex intolerances. Definitely worth getting to understand where and if you need to change to help yourself feel better.

Informative!

Most Americans suffer from one of the many chronic diseases. This book will help you improve your health. Adapting a plant-based diet and lifestyle is known to overcome chronic illnesses, and this book through seven chapters outlines the precise steps to healthy living. Chapter 4 - treating the source, not the symptoms is a must-read, and Chapter 7 with 21 recipes is a great addition. I did try a few recipes. Felt really good. Recommended reading. And I’m happy about the added PDF for the meal plan part of it!

Informative and sensible!

How refreshing! I absolutely loved the balanced approach that the author took in writing this book. I have personally been on a plant-based diet for 3 years now but spent my first 47 years as an omnivore. So many books take on an almost frenzied fervor for the topic which does nothing but either turn people off or set them up for disappointment. While I firmly advocate a plant-based diet and can attest to the major health benefits it provides, you will NOT suddenly walk on water nor never again have so much as a sniffle. Balance! Which is exactly what this book is all about. It is a great addition to my reference collection. Well done, Pureture!

I learned a lot.

Being a senior, I like to read about all the changes going on in my body. I found this book to have a lot of information that was not only helpful, but provided useful recommendations. I also loved the seven day meal plan and recipes that came long with it. They were easy to follow and not bad. This is a great book to have for reference in your home library if you decided to purchase the physical copy of it also.

How interesting!

I decided to get this audiobook because I believe that my acne may be due to a hormonal imbalance, and I am looking for ways to help in any way that I can. I do believe that the food we eat can have a significant impact on our health, and I have absolutely noticed that my acne will worsen when my diet is poor. This book first describes the importance of incorporating plant-based foods into one's diet. What's nice is that the book does not have a preachy tone. The book is definitely well researched and explains things clearly. The end of the book includes a meal plan and 21 recipes, which I absolutely plan on trying out. The added PDF is a wonderful bonus!

Delightful with tons of information

I found this book full of information that clarifies the benefits of following a plant-based diet in a complete but also easy-to-understand way. For people like me who were stuck at a weight with hormones that precluded budging, this book provides an answer that makes sense. On the other hand, there is flexibility that allows for everyone’s preferences and the things she doesn’t want to give up.
