It was an ok storyline. Mostly well written and characters were well established. Arranged marriage, slow burn, limited spice. I enjoyed the narrator voices.

I should have read the reviews before starting this series. The first book was free and the chemistry with the two narrators sucked me in, so I bought the second book. That was a mistake. The single male narrator made it so hard to get into the book. I'm not wasting my money on the third book as I can predict how it's going to end and the single male narrator isn't enough for me to go for the ride.
In all honesty the series should be one book, these cliffhangers just feel like a cash grab. Such a disappointment as I truly enjoy Kendall's novels.

Ok, so, the story wasnt bad and Ava and Teddy are always solid. I dont even mind that this ended on a cliffhanger. The problem is,
1: the next book has a different narrator
2: the next book has a male narrator doing both male and female perspectives
3: the next books narrator doesn't do female voices well.
I dont usually leave bad feedback, especially for free books, but I dnf the second part because it became unbearable and the cliffhanger situation was a pisstake. It felt greedy. Could have just had one long book narrated by the same narrators.

easy listen, had a giggle here and there. but just as it gets to the good part it ends on cliffhanger. hitched 2 and 3 are narrated by a different person not thrilled.

I guess I’ve listened to so many of these types of books that they all start to sound the same. The storyline was a bit far fetched. The female narrator did a great job. But the male narrator was a bit irritating to listen to, he had like a ‘Jack Nicholson’ style swagger to his voice that I didn’t enjoy and got a bit annoying. But it was ok, glad a didn’t waste a credit on it though 😉

It was an okay story, 5/10..... The end brought it down to a 2.5 and thats being nice. Great narrators though.

Why why why... it takes so long to get to the point then it ends on a cliffhanger

The storyline was ok and kept me borderline interested however was ruined with an unfinished ending. Do not appreciate stories which end on a cliff-hanger, I don't like feeling unsatisfied from an unresolved story. Performance was ok, you can tell it was one of Teddy's early audios.

So annoying when it’s not a complete story. Why sell a half book as a complete novel? It’s just unfair. I will avoid this author from now on.
