Personal confidence

Great audiobook, easy to listen as a patient or therapist, hands on exercises that complement the listening and make it personally applicable. Narrator Speaks perfectly to me and I have already recommended it to several people. It's a great listen. The information helps, the thing is, we have to commit ourselves to the process of it all... if you want to change, then yes, this is recommended.

I am getting my life back!

The real deal, this stuff works

The author has gone through the pangs of social anxiety and has come up with a clear and thorough plan on how to rise above it. I highly recommend taking the time to listen to it from beginning to end. It's tempting to skip to the bold action section, but getting to know yourself.

I feel like it helped me build healthy self-esteem from scratch. It’s helped better all my relationships. I didn’t realize how much my auto-response was to think negatively and it was rarely true. Good for self-esteem and a nice way to just feel great quickly without much effort.

Learned some very important thoughts

Good for the development of communication skills and knowing myself, especially I like this audiobook because of self-fulfillment. I highly recommend it.

A serious expression of wisdom and caring.

This is almost more important than self esteem, as the right choices will always lead you to prosperity, and the wrong choices will always lead you to lack. The ability to clearly see the risk associated with any given choice is immense. Very interesting audiobook with lots of good information and exercises to try at home. This book helps to define the various portions of self esteem and shows how to develop a healthier self confidence. Has both great psychology and philosophy behind great tools to try. Concise, helpful, direct, meaningful

This is one of the best self-help Audiobooks I've listened. The authors are extremely knowledgeable, the book is very well audio and unusually well organized, and the exercises are based on solid, evidence-based cognitive therapy principles and techniques. It is unusual to find a book that is both based on serious psychotherapy concepts and at the. Will re-listen several times to maintain and implement methods and perspectives learned.

I owe a lot of success to this audiobook. If you hesitate to show your best work, or feel like you're not creative enough, clever enough, accomplished enough, or well enough listen to do whatever you're trying to do, There are parts of this audiobook that I even use with all my clients, not just those struggling with self-esteem issues.

It’s easy to listen, and it makes sense. The author writes for the audience of those looking for self-help, as well as for therapists looking for new tools to use with clients. Many of my clients have bought this book for themselves. I recommend picking up this book and spending some time with it.

Very insightful and helpful

Excellent Audiobook teaches you steps to become more aware of your own thoughts, how they influence your self-esteem, and how to work to correct them. A step by step self-help program. Breaking Addiction gives clear and helpful insight into how to help addicts break their patterns of using by identifying​ the trigger feelings when they happen. Every addict that I know suffers from very low self-esteem. This book is very helpful in a practical way. Highly recommended.

A step by step self-help audiobook

This audiobook has been incredibly helpful. So many times when I'm listening it, I have ""aha"" moments where I realize that the way I've thought and felt about the world previously was simply incorrect. Will help to shape a personal character.

I listen this audiobook while in college and lost my copy. I hear it again because I found it to be a very practical guide for challenging negative thought patterns and gaining an understanding of how those patterns influence self-esteem. It is a very good workbook and I found the exercises very helpful. This is a great audiobook to work through to help with with any or all of your self-esteem issues. It's easy to listen and the exercises can be done daily like a journal. Do it, feel better about yourself!

You can not treat yourself to anything better!

If you have a burning desire to get core confidence and live a happier and more assertive lifestyle, then scroll up and click. This is an excellent audible. The tracks included have the band's style covered in the music. I listened to the audible and got a positive message with a clear voice of Adam Greco, and as far as I can tell, it is the Positive Thinking and High Self Esteem affirmations. I enjoyed the audiobook and recommended it.

Positive Thinking through Powerful Affirmations

You just need to listen to these affirmations for you and when you listen to it you just know how to apply it to your daily program, not only the author shows you what to do only by listening you will feel positive and full of energy! Effective listen!

The best book on the subject I've seen. Very well explained, easy to listen to and understand with every word having a purpose (no fluff that you have to wade through). It's a how-to book that gives the reasons for the suggestions. Breaks the suggestions down to how-to steps with examples and then walks you through your doing the steps on your own and talks about possible problem areas including the pros and cons of some of their suggestions. Excellent book.

Inspiring listen

Very interesting book. This book is wonderful for self-reflection and building a love for yourself when it was a hard thing to do. The exercises are fantastic, but for me, were a little slow-paced. I also participated in daily or every other day meditation in conjunction with this book.
