Rehashed

Slow. I've read much better books on this subject. Content was dry and tough to make it to the end.
Personally I would not recommend this book.

helpful book

This book is a "must read" for folks like me who procrastinate, get overwhelmed with "big projects" on to-do list, and easily distracted. Alex writes with humor, provides great links for software, and suggestions to keep you focused. I particularly liked his exercises and challenges. I am following one of his exercises which particulrly intrigu me.
