"Ich trete auf das Rad des Kessels, um mich hineinzuschwingen, stelle aber wieder mal fest, dass dort kaum noch Platz für mich ist, denn da steht schon die Gasflasche für die Flammen drin. In den Boden sind Lampen eingebaut, an die ich nicht rankommen darf, weil die viehisch heiß werden. Ich habe mich bei einer Probe mal darauf abgestützt und mir dabei fürchterlich die Hände verbrannt, da blieb richtig meine Haut an dem dünnen Schutzgitter davor kleben. Es hat ganz eklig nach verbranntem Fleisch gerochen. Warum riecht es dann beim Grillen so lecker? Liegt es an dem Salz oder dem Bier? Oder an der Fleischsorte?"©2017 S.
