Als der Abgeordnete Gansel ermordet wird, gerät Wallner daher gleich von zwei Seiten unter Druck: Franka drängt auf einen raschen Abschluss des Falls – und der Hauptverdächtige ist ausgerechnet Leo Kreuthner, denn Gansel war mit Kreuthners Jugendliebe Philomena verheiratet. Und hat sie offenbar geschlagen.
