I really like the story but it was really difficult to push through with the narrator. She has a strange affectation that seems deliberate and it’s baffling. I will be reading the next book in the series instead as I don’t think I can stomach the next instalment with same narrator.

I thought the Married By Scandal series was great and it was but this series im finding rocks my soul and can hardly stop listening. Stacy Reid's imagination is heart warming and exciting at the same time. Can't wait to read the next book. Having to speed up the narrator helps.
