A ton of Valuable information gathered in here

This book has been of so much help to me. I'm still hearing it, This is a step by step explanation of what my body needs as well as a soothing system to promote taking care of myself. I think that a balanced Ketogenic Lifestyle and portion control are more the way to go for me.

This book provides a great way of instruction

I thought it would be good for them to have a fast listen to see what all this self-love stuff was about. This book is long overdue - an instruction manual on self-help books that I must listen to. “love myself and then I’ll see the world loving me back”. The author provides tips on how to use the Complete Ketogenic Diet.

I had enjoyed this book Immensely

I found this book to be extremely helpful- and very interesting to listen to it! This was a very practical self-help guide that offered tips to almost any situation I would find myself.
