All in one guide for men

I loved this book and it is all in one guide for all men: most of the book is about nutrition but author also covered and other topics such as training, sleep, how to keep sharp mind and much more. Great guide if you want to stay in shape with simple tips, especially for men who reached of passed their midlife.

Must listen for all men!

As an avid health-nut, I'm always reading/listening to as many different sources as I can. Healthy eating is so important for longevity in life, and as obvious as it seems, so many people seem to miss the mark. This book is great for anyone who is having trouble getting started and needs to find a baseline. There is lots of science to back everything up, which I find super helpful when trying out new things. The narration was always very pleasant, and I love when a book comes from the writer's perspective and not just facts and information crammed together.

Much needed wake up call

I loved it

I loved that author speaks from his own experience and includes relevant studies as well. It is not hard to prevent health problems which come with age and to stay in shape and this book teaches exactly how o to that in simple and practical way. I believe that small changes in your eating habits will bring you great results!

Stay fit, indeed!

I quite enjoyed this audiobook. I thought that the information was presented well and also delivered well by the narrator. I appreciated the different topics that this audiobook delved into, particularly how it dealt with both the basics and some more advanced ideas about what is healthy and whether or not there's scientific evidence to support it (i.e. alkaline water). I also like that the author took the approach of varying the age groups, as recommendations for one age may not exactly fit that of another. And finally, I was able to try several of the recipes and turns out it's true--eating healthy can be delicious! :)

Much Needed!

Creeping up on 30 years old, sometimes I feel things shifting in my back like it's a pocket hammer playing the xylophone on my spine, Eating right and staying active is the key to prevent this, I have been In construction my whole life and this helps me understand the many ways of getting back in shape, turns out a weak lower half may be the musician at play. This audiobook is structured very well and delivered efficiently and effectively with nothing but positive outcomes, I'm glad it fell into my hands cuz it hurts to bend over and pick it up lol 10/10 and I highly recommend it to any and all men to make the purchase!

Great information!

I listened along with my husband on a trip. I found all the facts super interesting and while I started writing them down the more relevant ones I saw the option for the free PDF download…super helpful! I will say the narration was a bit slow so we did speed it up a bit.

Good diet info for men!

All the tips for Wellness in Men!

Men have a tendency to overlook their wellness, behind their tasks resulting in greater health concerns. This audiobook provided me with a lot of good and practical tips on how to increase my energy and manage my weight by eating well and exercising often. It also includes instructions on how to make meals and diets that are ideal for getting started on a healthy lifestyle. Losing belly fat and recovering muscular fitness is one of my favorite parts, as it has been the most difficult thing for me for many years. It even addresses all of your queries about vitamins and supplements, which you can't get definitive answers to unless you go to the doctor. Overall, it's extremely useful knowledge for any male who wants to live a better lifestyle.
