Wow amazing listen book...

This book is useful. It is assembled in a manner that is anything but difficult to follow and simple to fuse into every day or week after week schedule. Incredible and yummy recommendations for plans and suppers that are not too hard to assemble. Particularly useful for somebody not ready to roll out enormous improvements but rather ready to move into a more beneficial bearing. The week after week shopping records are assembled well and kicked me off out on the correct way. Love this book!

The audible exceeded my expectations

This audible is a perfect fit- plenty informative without bind too technical, and great recipes. The biggest fear health care professionals have about ketosis is the risk of it going too far, into a state of ketoacidosis. This happens when your keto level goes too high, turning your blood dangerously acidic.

Wow nice listen book...

Some people are complaining about the lack of pictures. A lot of these recipes are 3-4 steps, not very difficult to follow. I can see how more pics would be nice, but I'm not sure I understand why someone should be upset about it.

A good keto cookbook

I'll be honest, I didn't want to like this book. I got with the intent of making fun of it! But it turns out he adheres fairly well to a ketogenic diet, and the recipes are really straightforward to follow. If you're new to a keto diet, I actually think this is a pretty good book to start with.

Wow must listen book....

The recipes seem simple and uncomplicated, I haven't had a chance to try them yet but plan to. The pictures are helpful for seeing how the end result might look like. The recipes have prep time, cook time and total time so at quick glance you can determine if you have the time to make a certain recipe. At the beginning is a description of what the keto diet is.

Good one listen book..

Good information. Enjoyable listen. Not a picture cookbook but the recipes are good. Great list of foods to buy vs foods not to buy. I just took that list to the grocery store snd I was ready to begin.

Like this cookbook. Good listen book..

Like this cookbook. I listen tons of reviews before buying it. These recipes are simple enough that anybody could fix them and you don't have to know everything in order to make the recipe work. Some cookbooks call for all sorts of crazy stuff but this is not one of those. All the food I have made so far I love, and he puts lots of tips and things in there to help as well. I would definitely recommend this for someone who is starting off Keto

Wow nice listen book..

These are better than anything I had non-keto. Even if I didn’t want to live a keto life, I’d still prefer these desserts to anything you could bake from a box or buy from a store. Snack options are phenomenal too. I love that there are crackers and dips in the mix and not just your typical “handful of nuts” or “bag of carrots”. This is a book I’ll reference daily forever...or until I memorize the recipes from making them so much.

I love the recipes. They’re easy, tasty, and “normal”. It’s your favorites but made differently. Plus every dish gives you the calculated macros! I’ve been looking for a macro driven keto cookbook for years and never found one until now. And the desserts..

Wow amazing listen book....

I eat keto and this book has some amazing recipes. They are easy to cook and delicious. I especially like The Italian Sausage BreakfastCasserole. I really liked the information about the Keto diet and lifestyle.
