Publisher's Summary

Time Warrior is a revolutionary, non-linear approach for dealing with time, as bold as it is fresh and new. Forget whatever "guidebooks" you may have read/listened to on time management or personal productivity. Time Warrior is much more than tips and tricks. Steve Chandler has given us an invitation - as well as a challenge - to become something far greater than we are now. To become, in essence, a "style tracker" rather than a "time tracker". Tracking your cognitive style is what makes you a Time Warrior, for only your unique cognitive style can liberate you from the treadmill of linear, limited time.

This book takes you on a 101-chapter journey intended to transmute the base metals of ordinary linear time-consciousness into the gold of the Time Warrior's non-linear vision. You will learn to create for yourself a newfound and more powerful cognitive style that will make time tracking, multi-tasking, and other clock-subservient behaviors an unsavory and distant memory.

Time Warriors arrange the "chaos" around them by slowing down - way, way down - and then letting go of people-pleasing, approval-seeking, and every shade of mood-based and future-based thinking.

great content, overdone production

love the book, but the reader's tone and voice rubbed me the wrong way. It was as though he was putting on the motivation guru act... did not feel real.

Great book!

An honest, look at what makes us procrastinate or have trouble with time blocking ! I've got more done in the 3 days of listening to this book than in the past month! Wow.

Live now and procrastinate later!

Live now and procrastinate later! This is very deep. The best book of its kind. Steve Chandler writes about the most common disease humans facing in today's world. This book is a must read for all humans!

A must listen for time management seekers!

I've read all the popular time management and productivity books before and this one is so bad ass.
So direct to the point, I love it and will re listen many times.

I gave 4 stars to the narrator because he is not extraordinary, very ok like most books, but i do love great narrators that are more expressive.

I highly recommend this book!

I love this book

It's hard to get me excited about a book. This book is the exception. Filled with great content focusing on the destruction of linear time. This book breaks all the myths surrounding time management to liberate the mind. The tools can exponentially give you more time to create and give meaning to your life's purpose. I rarely read or listen to a book twice, but this is one I will pick up again!

I regret buying this book

This book criticizes. It's my way is right and those other people are wrong book. It is about people who are obsessed with themselves and their goals. It literally says "responding to other people is the biggest time waster, better focus on yourself". It is like many new age books that sound good, but upon careful examination, is a bunch of words, mainly focused on how you can get what you want out of this universe without regard for limited resourses and other people. I want my money back 😊

Not the book I had hoped for

This book is a collection of short pieces of advice that don’t seem to have much of a common thread. A few useful tips but really just reproducing old time management tips.

Montage of cliché ‘business’ and ‘life’ quotes NOT about time management

Over 100 chapters of cliché motivational, often contradictory, quotes with no actionable plans or relevant case studies about time management...

I rarely post a negative review about what I read but this book really disappointed. I wanted to learn about time management...instead the very short chapters were full of cliché quotes (think variations of carpe diem). I will say there were some nice quotes and interesting short stories but they were random and didn’t come together to form a book about time management.

If you want to learn about human behaviors and what holds most humans back, read ‘The Chimp Paradox’. That book wasn’t about time management but taught me a lot more about ways to manage behaviors in a more positive and productive way :)

Once again, I really don’t like writing negative reviews but I wish I would have know more about what this book was actually about.
