Keeps Me Focused

This is my 2nd meditation of Loretta's and I love it as I have noticed that my mind rarely wanders .

Her tone is relaxing and well suited to guiding mediations and although there were a couple of times that I couldn't hear what was said (i lifted a few stages out of relaxation because of straining to hear) I play it repreatedly,

The time frame is great and perfect for playing as I go to sleep.

I really enjoyed it and will look at buying more.
