A self gratifying easy read
Entertaining but likely leveraging is success not from its own content but the spin off of Marie Kondo. Wouldn't really recommend.

Life affirming!
This book has given me the power to be true to myself and not sacrifice my energy and time to things that don't matter...without the guilt! I even politely refused to speak with a telemarketer which is a big step for me. Performance was hilarious and made me laugh out loud.

Funny and upbeat justification to claw back time.
i very much enjoyed th f bomb dropping often and the authors naration of her book. Its pleasant to listen yoo and for the most part very goos. It tended to waffle on towards the end for me and seemed like filler or a soap box. However some people may need that if they give a F..k more than me. Thanks for writing what so many of us are thinking.

Not for me - a little too repetitive
The narration was absolutely fantastic. Sarah was enthusiastic and has a real talent for this medium. The content of the book, though, really didn't resonate with me. I found the book was centered around a single premise introduced in the first 30 minutes that was repeated for the 3 hours with nothing much new, other than interesting examples of how to employ her concept. I'm positive this book will be engaging for many readers, but it just wasn't for me.
